JK Group is a leader in the production of innovative inks for digital textile printing focusing on water-based pigment, disperse, reactive and sublimation and provides the worldwide digital textile printing market through 2 independent brands: Kiian Digital and J-Teck3.

The figure will be responsible for planning the supply of materials in order to respect the production goals. Collaborate with sales, production, logistics and purchasing departments with the aim to ensure operational continuity.

Able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements while maintaining reasonable stock levels.

What you will do:

* Schedule the supply of materials / components to meet production requirements

* Check of purchase orders, evaluating priorities and delays

* Coordinate production workload

* Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier

* Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions

* Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries

* Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule

* Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production

* Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement

* Utilize Material Requirements Planning systems (MRP) and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required

* Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy

* Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels, minimizing obsolete stocks

* Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy

* Create regular statistical reports and analysis

What you need to have:

* Proven experience as Production Planner, minimum 3 years

* Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes

* Fluent English

* Knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP system

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

* Able to work in a team environment
