YOU WILL VIBE WITH US

The Project Manager will join the Strategy & Projects department, within the Business Process Governance Team.

He/She will be in charge of:

» Plan focus meeting with all the internal clients in order to build a deep knowledge of the internal BUs needs
» Collect Business requirements in a comprehensive and structured documentation with a view on possible impacts on all (COMPANY NAME) IT systems and organization
» Support the internal client and the IT Business Partner to design the most effective and efficient implementation solution
» Work together with BPG Process Team on cross-department processes to identify possible weaknesses and improvements areas and design the to-be target model
» Create a clear and concise plan to both execute the project and monitor progress of all teams involved (internal and external) ensuring project delivery on time
» Lead change management and training sessions with key stakeholders
» Organize status update meetings and progress reports to align project stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis.
» Work together with PMO to analyze cost-benefit ratio and technological effort to prioritize projects according to budget, other correlated projects and strategic objectives

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
» Approximately 2-3 years' as Project Manager in multinational companies or consulting companies
» Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus
» Fluent English level both written and spoken (mandatory)
» Education level required: Bachelor's degree

You have demonstrated:

- Excellent analytical skills and process analysis skills, with an ability to work at a hyper-detail level with the highest accuracy standards.

- Performance and target mindset, a Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.

- Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and the most common software.

- Strong communication skills and an independent, proactive, structured approach to work.

- Nice to have: Agile methodology project management.
