Our HR Project leader is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth execution of HR projects. He/she develops comprehensive project plans, coordinates with other departments, and maintains detailed project documentation. Monitoring budgets, allocating resources effectively, and aligning projects with senior leadership's objectives are essential parts of their role.
This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, deep HR expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in HR roles, often 5+ years, with management experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in English, French is a plus
