We're looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to enhancing our brand presence and engagement across multiple channels and platforms. Your Mission
Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Marketing Executive, you will:
* Collaborate with diverse teams within the Marketing and Communications function to plan and execute innovative campaigns and strategies.
* Manage and maintain accurate marketing data to support targeted campaigns and customer journeys.
* Support the setup, scheduling, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns, including audience selection, testing, and performance tracking.
* Assist in the preparation and creation of marketing materials that resonate across internal and external platforms.
* Maintain and update documentation and databases to ensure marketing operations run smoothly.
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications with suppliers and external partners.
* Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
* Assist with organising events such as conferences, seminars, and training sessions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
* Participate in research activities to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
* Support the marketing team with various administrative and operational tasks as needed.
This role encourages continuous learning, proactive teamwork, and offers flexibility to innovate and make a meaningful impact.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Possesses foundational marketing knowledge, with marketing-related courses or certifications considered an asset.
* Brings an analytical, data-driven mindset complemented by a creative approach to problem-solving.
* Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software such as CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
* Has familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) - a strong asset though not mandatory.
* Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
* Is self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
