The Flow Controller is responsible for managing the procurement and planning of materials and components required for manufacturing This role involves close coordination with receiving, production, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with unique customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling
* Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales order
* Convert master production schedules into detailed material requirements using MRP.
* Coordinate with engineering to ensure BOMs and routings
Procurement
* Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders
* Procure raw materials, components, and services required for custom builds.
* Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Qualifications:

Education & Certifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
* 3-5 years in a planning or buying role within a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with ERP, especially in MRP and procurement modules.
Skills
* Advanced English level
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
