We're looking for a senior Product Manager to define and drive affordability for Amazon Mexico. This role will set the vision and roadmap for some of our leading affordability solutions- ensuring affordability can be served for all customers. As an individual contributor, this person will own end-to-end product strategy and execution without direct reports, influencing cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Key job responsibilities
* Define and own the affordability vision to drive customer focused solutions
* Partner with central teams (Pricing, BuyX, Seller Services) to make installments a core price lever in MX
* Drive disruptive UX innovations to make affordability visible and intuitive in the MX shopping journey
* Manage product profitability
* Expand coverage and customer adoption of affordability in Mexico, while enhancing seller/vendor value propositions
* Influence across multiple orgs (Payments, Finance, Tech, Risk, Stores)
* Own partner relationships with local financial institutions to scale affordability supply
* Incorporate Mexico-specific market context-regulatory environment, competitive landscape, consumer credit behavior-into product strategy

Requisiti del candidato:
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- * Experience defining and shipping consumer-facing UX for financial or commerce products, with foundational knowledge of interaction design principles and a demonstrated practice of validating decisions through usability research and iterating based on customer feedback
- Track record of influencing cross-functional and cross-geography stakeholders
- Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change
- Experience working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering team to meet high-reaching goals
- Spanish fluency preferred
