Coordinate activities for all the launches with the GA team and VPE team.
Coordinate weekend activites meeting to coordinate resoruces with the maintenance and operations team.
Schedule resoruces required to support the modifications and improvements in the system
Design review with the VPE team

Ensure the development of production personnel through continuous training
