Responsibilities
The Opportunity
As a Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Analyst you will play a key role in maintaining our operations by diving deep into account balances and resolving discrepancies with precision and speed. You will be the go-to expert for reconciling adjustments, processing rebills, and managing chargebacks, ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and problem-solving skills make a direct impact.
Your Impact
As Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
* Process all contracts in NCS which has all the information - In charge of 4 Regions from US
* Prepare CDR, Zero Percent, Non Commission & Remittance Reports for the third party customers
* Deposit Checks - Ensure all due from S4/Hana are being paid to the customers
* No supplier/commission macro Ensure we have the supplier # in order to process the missing contracts
* On hold checks - Ensure we have the supplier # in order to process the missing contracts
* Schedule the Get-sales & RFP jobs in NCS for payment.
* Returned Checks S4 - Void and Reissue Process
Qualifications

* Advanced English preferred
* Advanced Excel skills
* SAP experience preferred
* Accounting, finances or similar degree
