PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Support the field sales team by analyzing data, providing insights, managing tools, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance overall performance and achieve sales targets.RESPONSABILIDADES

Data Analysis & Reporting

* Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support the field sales team and management.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.
*
Sales Performance Tracking

* Monitor the performance of field sales representatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, market share, and distribution.
* Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
* Prepare regular performance reports at both individual and team levels.
*
Forecasting Support

* Support the sales and demand planning teams in building accurate sales forecasts using historical data and market trends.
* Work closely with the commercial (sales) team to incorporate market inputs, assumptions, and field insights into forecasting.
* Contribute to inventory planning by providing data-driven insights.
* Track forecast vs. actual performance and highlight deviations.

Field Market Exposure & Insights

* Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to gain a first-hand understanding of execution, customers, and point-of-sale dynamics.
* Gather qualitative insights on competitors, pricing, promotions, and channel performance.
* Use field observations to complement data analysis and improve reporting accuracy.

Sales Tools & Reporting Enablement

* Support the management and continuous improvement of sales reporting tools and dashboards.
* Ensure the field sales team has access to accurate and relevant data.
* Act as a point of contact for reporting-related queries and improvements.
*
Training & Support

* Provide basic training and support to field sales teams on reporting tools and data interpretation.
* Promote best practices in data usage and reporting.
* Help ensure the team is equipped to use data effectively in their daily work.

EXPERIENCIA

3 year work experience in a data-related position preferably in the FMCG industry.

Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
*
Strong communication and presentation skills.
*
Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and trends.
