* Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices; Yellow Belt or equivalent experience is preferred.
* Experience participating in productivity-focused projects, inventory optimization initiatives, or warehouse improvement programs.
* Ability to identify operational risks, recognize critical materials, and raise urgent purchase requirements when necessary to protect continuity of operations.
* Demonstrated capability to develop and track performance metrics, translate data into actionable insights, and provide recommendations to supervisors and managers.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, logistics, quality, safety, environmental, and external supplier partners.
* Commitment to safety, quality, food safety, and environmental responsibility, including the ability to stop work and escalate issues when critical deviations are identified.
