Overview
The Market Delivery team is looking for a Manager that will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of products, services, and strategic initiatives within a specific market. This role acts as a critical link between global strategy and local execution, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively, meet market needs, and drive business results.
Role
Provides PMO services for assigned project portfolio: KPIs, MIS, Financial impact tracking, market launch, lessons learned and post implementation activities. Partners with Account Managers and Product development areas in the definition of scope, approach and solutions design.

The ideal candidate for this position should:

* Drive delivery execution: Lead the end-to-end implementation of products, solutions, and initiatives within the market, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality standards.
* Localize global strategies: Adapt global programs and solutions to meet local market requirements, including regulatory, operational, and customer considerations.
* Stakeholder management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
* Issue resolution: Proactively identify risks and manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution of delivery challenges and minimizing business impact.
* Continuous improvement: Optimize delivery processes and enhance customer experience through insights, feedback, and best practices.
