Responsibilities

The Opportunity
The Jr Account Executive role will act as a strategic liaison among internal brands and internal creative and production teams, to build a strong and clear communication channel between them.

Will be representing our internal clients and looking for their best interests within the Content Development team. Being their main responsibility to fulfill their needs and achieving their 100% satisfaction with our service.

All while coordinating the day-to-day client business management and supervising the execution of multiple account deliverables happening simultaneously. They must be able to build upon tactical ideas and think strategically about a brand or business and partner with the creative and production team.

They will ensure that key daily processes and practices are implemented and followed effectively and consistently throughout the content development team to ensure complete satisfaction of our clients. Onw will follow up on brand team's OLAs, ensuring clients provide correct briefing, correct and complete asset delivery, compliance on project dates and fulfillment of feedback forms per project.

Will also assist on the creation of KPIs and monthly reports for brand teams to be aware of the results of the day-to-day work, and will be responsible of overseeing LATAM processes to detect inconsistencies or opportunity areas to ensure that business runs without issues.

Your Impact

As Jr Account Executive your functions would consist of:

* Sufficiently informed and personally involved with clients, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client/agency relationship.
* Daily project management & follow up on different requests from end to end as well as strategic high-level projects.
* Strategic thinker capable of coordinating the development of a brand's engagement strategy, annual plans and specific projects with multiple stakeholders including internal and external agency partners and clients.
* Keeping management informed of the status of their accounts, problems, plans and meetings.
* Ensures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to ensure goals are achieved.
* Creation of Monthly scope of work follow up and reports to Brand Teams.
* Coordinates daily processes: Timely hours fill, Internal Rounds, Rounds, DAM, SharePoint, fill Monday and apps correctly Monthly reporting (DAM, Global KPIs, Internal reports).
* Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.
* In charge of daily operations supervision between cross functional teams - end to end projects, distinguish area of opportunities, capture, and improve new WoW within the team.
* Provide data and insights to the leadership team about the team's performance: time spent per deliverable, bandwidth, key metrics, etc

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
Education
* Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (marketing, communication, advertising, etc.)
Experience
* Experience in agency or in-house agency environments; CPG Experience preferred.
* Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens.
* Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place clients at the heart of everything while leading creative teams.
* Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proven ability to influence creative decision making.
* Knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Project Management Tools.
* Orchestrator, Influencer, non-hierarchical: Strong track record of developing and inspiring teams of marketing / creative professionals. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
* Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
