What you´ll do

* Advise HR activities to support business agendas relating to organizational development, succession planning and employee life cycle topics.
* Proactively create HR policies and processes in line with employment legislation.
* Share your expertise and act as facilitator for management teams on HR topics.
* Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Implement the inclusion and diversity agenda on all aspects of HR business partnering and employee life cycle processes via managers.
* Develop and build relationships with regional and corporate teams.
* Assist with performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
* Collaborate with recruitment teams to help with talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives.
