About this Position

The HR Generalist acts as the strategic link between the organization and its talent, leading the comprehensive management of the employee cycle, from compensation and performance to career development plans. Their role is essential to ensuring compliance with labor legislation and union relations, while driving change management and internal communication projects that strengthen commitment and organizational culture.

What you´ll do

* Keeps HR data quality Processes personnel administration, including usage of all correct transaction forms.
* Reviews HR policies and initiatives in order to ensure compliance with corporate standards Ensures proper approvals for all relevant HR processes in the area of responsibility.
* Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances.
* Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management.
* Provides support to and executes the respective HR processes.
