What will you do?
* Act as the primary point of contact for candidates after offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
* Monitor and manage pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, employment eligibility verification, and other country-specific compliance requirements.
* Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, vendors, and candidates to provide timely updates, resolve issues, and ensure all pre-boarding milestones are completed before the start date.
* Perform administration across the hiring lifecycle, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer support, pre-boarding coordination, requisition governance, and updates within HR and recruitment systems.
* Coordinate and facilitate interviews while delivering a positive and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual activities, reduce administrative effort, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
* Manage external vendor relationships and collaborate on process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and the overall candidate experience.
* Identify process gaps, mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues that could impact hiring timelines or start-date readiness.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring adherence to company policies, service-level expectations, and regulatory requirements.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Experience in customer service, talent acquisition operations, human resources, recruiting coordination, or a related support function. (1-2 years)
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Professional proficiency in English, French, and Spanish is required. - MUST
