El Demand Planning Manager lidera el proceso de pronóstico de demanda en México, asegurando la generación, alineación y validación del estimado más confiable para todos los productos comercializados. Esto se logra mediante la coordinación con equipos multifuncionales, integrando insumos clave y facilitando la toma de decisiones basadas en análisis robusto de datos.
Este rol es clave para brindar visibilidad que fortalezca la planeación de suministro, financiera y comercial, maximizando oportunidades y mitigando riesgos. Asimismo, contribuye a optimizar inventarios, prevenir obsolescencias, mejorar el servicio al cliente y asegurar que el producto correcto llegue al consumidor en el momento adecuado y al costo correcto, actuando como un socio estratégico del General Manager y el equipo de liderazgo en México.
Principales responsabilidades: 
* Liderar el proceso mensual de pronóstico de demanda (sin restricción y con restricción)
* Validar el desempeño del negocio e identificar riesgos y oportunidades, alineando con el P&L financiero
* Definir roles y responsabilidades de forecasting, promoviendo el enfoque de "un solo número"
* Actuar como socio estratégico imparcial para el General Manager y el equipo de liderazgo
* Establecer y consolidar procesos de Demand Forecasting alineados al modelo operativo e IBP
* Analizar variaciones de demanda a corto y largo plazo para habilitar decisiones efectivas en la cadena de suministro
* Asegurar la transferencia oportuna del pronóstico y la inteligencia de mercado a planeación de suministro
* Liderar iniciativas de transformación para optimizar costos, complejidad y capital de trabajo
* Monitorear KPIs de forecasting para mejorar precisión, sesgo, servicio al cliente e inventarios
* Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para validar supuestos (incluyendo NPI, promociones y actividad de mercado)

¿Por qué TÚ? 
Tus calificaciones: 
* Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o afín
* EMBA o MBA o Estudios de Posgrado en áreas afines es deseable
* Experiencia de al menos 3 años en posiciones gerenciales, idealmente en Supply Chain y con experiencia previa en Planeación de la Demanda
* Conocimiento de Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - es decir, formación en Oliver Wight / Garner
* Certificación en Supply Chain - es decir, APICS
* Habilidades analíticas y de data storytelling - capacidad de influir con el respaldo de datos sólidos
* Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación - capacidad para influir en equipos multifuncionales y stakeholders senior
* Sistemas de pronóstico - conocimiento de sistemas de forecasting como Forecast Pro
* Excel y Power BI - conocimiento y experiencia en Excel, Power BI o herramientas similares
* Inglés avanzado
