Prevention Agent - Hotel San Fernando, Condesa
Located just steps away from the iconic Parque México in the vibrant Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City, Hotel San Fernando is a boutique property of the renowned Bunkhouse brand, blending the history of a 1947 Art Deco building with contemporary design inspired by the city's rich cultural heritage.
We are seeking a Prevention Agent, primarily assigned to the night shift, who enjoys being the first point of contact for guests and team members during the night, ensuring a safe, calm, and welcoming environment. We are looking for an observant, responsible individual with a strong service mindset, excited to be part of a project that breathes design, community, and operational excellence.

Requisiti del candidato:
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and safeguard the safety of guests, team members, and facilities, especially during the night shift.
* Conduct preventive patrols and monitor common areas.
* Identify, report, and respond to risk situations or incidents in accordance with established protocols.
* Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests during the night, always maintaining a service-oriented attitude.
* Support compliance with rules, internal policies, and access control procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, first aid, or related areas is preferred.
* Strong interest in customer service, attention to detail, and direct guest interaction.
* Ability to handle challenging situations calmly, with empathy and sound judgment.
* Strong observation skills, active listening, and a preventive mindset.
* Conversational English skills preferred.
* Availability to work primarily the night shift, with flexibility to rotate schedules and days off based on operational needs
