Descripción del puesto
Mission: Coordinate, organize, and supervise electromechanical works in substation construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and established quality requirements.
The Electrical / Electromechanical Supervisor is responsible for the overall follow-up of electromechanical and electrical work contracts on site, ensuring that all activities - including equipment erection, structural assemblies, busbars, transformers, auxiliary systems and electrical and Fiber Optic cabling - are executed in accordance with project engineering, technical specifications and applicable regulations.
He/she works in close coordination with other disciplines (civil works, protection and control, HSE, testing and commissioning), providing technical and operational support to facilitate effective decision-making and proper project execution.

Functions: The Electrical Site supervisor will have the following key responsibilities.
* Act as the main point of contact between site crews and project management.
* Participate in site meetings and technical discussions.
* Supervise and coordinate all electrical and electromechanical works on site, including installation, termination and routing of power, control and auxiliary cables.
* Organize and plan daily and weekly activities of subcontractors and site personnel.
* Monitor physical progress of the works, ensuring compliance with the project schedule and reporting any deviations.
* Prepare and issue periodic progress reports, including work status, incidents and technical issues.
* Coordinate interfaces between electromechanical works and other project disciplines.
* Ensure correct interpretation and implementation of drawings, electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Verify quality of executed works and compliance with technical specifications and applicable standards.
* Control scope, schedule and resources assigned to electromechanical activities.
* Support testing, pre commissioning, and commissioning activities.
* Identify technical and construction risks or non-conformities and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations during site activities.
* Ensure proper use of PPE, permits to work, lock out/tag out (LOTO), and safety procedures.

Requisitos del candidato
Academic Background
Basic electricity courses.
Languages and Required Level
High level of English required.
Knowledge of Dutch and Spanish will be considered an advantage.
Additional Skills / Complementary Knowledge
* Proven experience in substation construction projects, supervising electrical and electromechanical works.
* Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site construction activities.
* Electromechanical erection of substations.
* Power, control, and protection cable installation and termination.
* Ability to interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
* Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations for substation projects.
* Knowledge and experience in civil works would be a plus.
* Experience working for TenneT would be a plus.
