Functions

* Directly responsible for achieving the Store's objectives (sales and KPIs).
* Ensure customer service in the store in accordance with the brand values and PUMA's service standards.
* Responsible for the selection, management, and training of the team.
* Performance evaluations.
* Team briefings.
* Analysis of customers, purchasing trends, and competitive information to drive the business and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
* Manage Loss Prevention.
* Directly responsible for compliance with Loss Prevention within the store.
* Inventory management.
* Participate in new store openings and attend all required training sessions; travel may be required.
* Visual merchandising maintenance according to PUMA standards.
* Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for store staff.
* Responsible for compliance with Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

* 2-4 years of management experience in retail, managing teams and products.
* Strong communication and motivational skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Leadership.
* Microsoft Suite
