(COMPANY NAME) was born in Barcelona in September 2020 (Covid-19), with the purpose of bringing back good vibes and reinventing traditional newsstands as meeting points. Since then, we have managed to bring our Good Vibes to more than 30 establishments, more than 2,000 homes and more than 100 offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Paris. And now our new challenge is to land in Amsterdam.
Our mission is to lead the coffee and functional beverage revolution in Europe, inspiring an optimistic, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED
* Customer service and customer loyalty, offering exceptional service and communicating new products and promotions.
* Elaboration of coffee, tea and other specialties according to established quality standards.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the premises.
* Opening and closing the point of sale.
* Replenishment of stock at point of sale, ensuring the correct display of products.
* Direct reporting to the Area Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in hospitality or similar position is preferred, but not mandatory. We value your passion and enthusiasm for coffee and customer service.
* Exceptional customer service skills: positive and friendly attitude, effective communication, sales orientation and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently and proactively.
* Oral fluency in English. Fluency in Dutch and Spanish is a plus.
