The Key Account Manager delivers business results according to the agreed frameworks of the sales strategy and the distribution policy. The Key Account Manager is responsible for the sale and promotion of (COMPANY NAME) products to allocate existing and new clients, encouraging resale to consumers, and optimizing relationship management within the agreed frameworks of the sales strategy and the distribution policy. The Key Account Manager will be focussing on TV and Audio products. The main task of the job is to grow and develop identified accounts on single entrepreneur level and headquarter in TV and Audio ( i.e ElectroWorld, Expert and EP ). The Key Account Manager defines the goals to be achieved and develops medium-term plans with assigned customers with the aim of partnership to achieve the set business goals. The Key Account Manager stipulates and defines pricing policies, contract terms and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Visits: Plan and conduct customer visits based on key opportunities, ensuring a proactive and customer-centric approach.
* Sales and Profit Targets: Achieve set sales and profit targets while considering standards and values. Increase (COMPANY NAME)'s In House Share among allocated customers.
* Account Management: Effectively manage accounts in a multi-channel retail environment. Maintain and extend the customer portfolio through the development of strong relationships and intense way of working according to Joint Business Planning. .
* Product Management: Achieve set ranging and stock level targets for the allocated product categories. Liaise with key internal stakeholders (Marketing, Brand Activation, Sales Management, etc.) to bridge communication between (COMPANY NAME) and the customer for these product categories.
* Promotional and Communication Planning: Ensure a comprehensive promotional and communication plan is in place for each promotional or launch period.
* The scope of the customers is all over the Netherlands. The candidate has to be prepared to travel a lot.

Key qualifications
* Proven commercial experience in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry is a plus.
* Experience in multi-channel retailing and knowledge of e-commerce marketing and sales.
* Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying key opportunities based on raw data and translating them into actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support data analysis and presentations.
* Higher education, preferably with a commercial background.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Open mindset towards change, embracing and initiating continuous improvement.
* Result-oriented mindset, driven to achieve targets and deliver business results
