Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with French (planning)

Job Description

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive) for installed medical products.

Your role:
* Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
* Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
* Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
* Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails

You're the right fit if:
* You have at least 2 years' experience within the corporate world (ideally customer service)
* You know English & French language on min. C1 level
* You have an analytical mind and you cope well with fast-changing environment
* Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
