Job Description

As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips' Supply Chain. On daily basis you will have a chance to be crucial part of Supply Chain process for Health System products. Your key role will be collaborating and support of our sales departments for the DACH market, managing the quotation process and ensuring accurate order information for order booking.
In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:
* Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked
* Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers)
* Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team
* Ensuring that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order
* Collecting missing information from the specialists in the sales organization
* Ensuring timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy
* Providing support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team

You're the right fit if:
* You have around 1 year of experience preferably within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales Support or Logistics
* You have very good German language and English language(B2 level or higher)
* You are an excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)
* You have knowledge of Excel (would be an advantage)
* You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (would be an advantage)
