Descrizione del lavoro:

Imagine a world where home access is seamless, secure, and smart. Where deliveries happen without you being home, and friends can drop by even when you're away. This isn't the future, it's happening now with Amazon Key, and we're looking for visionaries to help us expand this revolutionary technology across the EU.

Are you ready to shape the future of how technology and automation redefine operational excellence at scale? As we accelerate our shift from manual execution to automation-first operations, we're looking for people who obsess over the quality of business processes, who see inefficiencies as opportunities, and who find creative ways to make automation smarter. If you're energized by improving how things work, inventing better ways to scale, and pushing the boundaries of what automation can achieve, we want you on our team

Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and passionate Business Ops Specialist to own the intersection of process excellence and automation within our Business Ops team. You'll be the bridge between operational execution and scalable, intelligent systems, improving how work gets done today while shaping how it will run tomorrow. You'll identify inefficiencies, design process improvements, monitor automation performance, and build repeatable mechanisms that drive quality and speed at scale. This role requires diving deep into business operations to uncover root causes, establish improvement levers, and implement solutions through analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Success in this role requires a bias for action and a track record of driving measurable improvements in complex, evolving operational environments. You'll need strong analytical skills to turn operational data into actionable insights and the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders through clear communication. The ideal candidate obsesses over how things work, and how they could work better, is comfortable with ambiguity as processes and tools evolve, and can balance operational rigor with the speed required to scale, all while maintaining the highest bar for customer experience and operational excellence.

A day in the life
- Own the quality and performance of automated workflows end-to-end
- Lead process improvement initiatives across operational workflows (e.g., job ingestion, QA, data validation), identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable solutions
- Dive deep into automation outputs and operational data to identify accuracy gaps, error patterns, and root causes, turning findings into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to implement quality improvements and feed insights back into automation models
- Develop and refine SOPs, validation frameworks, and quality criteria
- Establish and track quality KPIs, present performance insights to leadership, and communicate improvement trends
