Job Introduction

* 16 hours per week
* 4 hours per day Monday to Thursday
* Most shifts will begin at 7am. However, on a rota basis you may be scheduled to work your 4 hours up to 4pm and on occasion there may be a 6am start to assist with deliveries
* £12.21 per hour

Job Description

As a General Assistant at Sodexo in HMNB Portsmouth, PO1 3HH, you'll be responsible for maintaining logistical support for retail operations on site. If you're looking for a role with variety where no two days will be the same, this could be the job for you!

What You'll Do

* Receiving deliveries of food and beverage products and delivering to retail outlets on site
* Stock Control
* Escorting contractors on site
* Using vehicles daily for work purposes on site
* Daily vehicle checks and reporting faults
* Cash handling
* Disposal of packaging and moving delivery cages

What You Bring

* Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
* Good verbal and written communications skills
* IT literate
* Driving is required for this position. For insurance purposes you must be over 25 and hold a Full UK Driving License covering both manual and automatic vehicles
* Due to security requirements you must have been continuously resident in UK for last 3 years to apply for this position
