Job title: Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Marine Paint)
Location: Scotstoun
Salary: £41,997 - £45,079 (Depending on qualifications and experience)

What you'll be doing:
* Deliver outstanding coaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business
* Take professional pride in their role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful coaching, learning and assessment
* Assess and monitor learner progress & performance in line with frameworks and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence
* Coach apprentices to reach their full potential by providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey
* Develop learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers, through coaching and delivering learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Marine Paint experience preferred will consider domestic painting experience
Desirable:
* L&D 9 or 11 advantageous
* Have a broad, multi-functional focus, looking across the Early Careers portfolio of activity
* Comprehensive business knowledge to align requirements of apprentice learning curriculum and development
* Knowledge and understanding of Awarding Bodies & SDS Quality Standards
* Knowledge and experience of assessment/ verification practices and awarding body requirements
