Payment Engagement Manager

We are now hiring for a Payments Engagement Manager to join our growing Market Success business unit here within (COMPANY NAME) PayTech.
The Payment Engagement Manager is part of the PayTech Market Success organization and serves transversally the delivery across 3 business lines (BLs). This is a key position to bridge PayTech's Product expertise and platform with client engagement for project and service delivery.
The Payment Engagement Manager is responsible for carrying out high-level requirements documentation, business analysis, and liaising with the PayTech Product and Engineering teams. It involves proposing solutions to meet client requirements, identifying gaps in PayTech offering and/or project delivery scope, and advising on re-using existing services where possible - all whilst aligning with PayTech Tech and Product roadmap.

What you will be doing:
* Support the implementation of PayTech Go to market delivery across all business lines. Go to Market contact for expertise and supporting the Project Manager as an intermediate to Product expertise across all product domains
* Provide added value to the business lines using a combination of payment expertise and knowledge of PayTech services, to offer solutions to requirements, ideally using standard out of box solutions
* Capturing client requirements and documenting them in a clear and concise manner for PayTech Product consumption. Document the business case and business value the opportunity brings.
* Produce functional specifications in sufficient detail for implementation and testing as part of Go to Market delivery
* Documenting processes, product solution overviews, case studies, and brochures to support project and service delivery as and when required
* Ensure requirements are delivered to technical teams by solving product triage queries with all prerequisites/administration complete
* Overall client satisfaction for (COMPANY NAME) business line
* Proactive and effective client-facing activities
* Be an ambassador of the group's values. Comply with Group rules and policies (ethic, image…), delegation of powers and processes
