Overview How You'll Make an Impact We're seeking an organised, driven and proactive HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) with a can do-attitude, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the HR Director and the wider HR team, you'll help build a culture where people feel supported, heard and able to grow. You'll possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and trust quickly at all levels. You'll be able to manage a varied workload to tight timescales, whilst maintaining high quality and accuracy. This is a hybrid role based in our West London office 4 days per week. Responsibilities What You'll Achieve Relationship Building: Working to establish a great partnership with our employees and managers so you are seen as a trusted expert and can continue to develop our high-performance culture. Employee Relations: Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on a full range of HR matters, in line with internal policies and procedures. Owning performance management, maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave and flexible working processes. Supporting HR Director with other employee relations matters. Employee Engagement: Working closely with the HR Director to drive completion rates and action plan for employee surveys and other Groupe led activity. Taking a lead in the awareness and communication of our performance review process including training sessions for both managers and employees. Collaborating with our Office Coordinator on employee engagement initiatives such as social and charity events. Employee Development: Working with the L&D team on nominations for upcoming courses. Working to deliver any required in-house sessions such as performance management. HR Projects: Working on wider HR projects with other members of the team and actively participating in rolling out new employee initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention and inclusion across the business. Data & Reporting: Ensuring accuracy of data within HR systems and carry out routine and adhoc reporting. Compile insights on starters, leavers, length of service, demographics and other relevant information to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities. HR Administration: Working collaboratively with HR Operations and Payroll teams to ensure HR administration across the employee life cycle is effectively processed. Qualifications Who You Are What you'll bring with you: 1-2 years experience in a similar role within a changing and fast-paced HR environment with demonstrable experience of providing a wide range of generalist HR advice to employees and managers. Professional, proactive and a can-do attitude with a desire to learn, develop & build on existing experience. Ability to demonstrate good working knowledge of up-to-date UK employment law. Good attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and able to multi-task and priortise workload. Effective communicator, able to build trust and influence at all levels. Have a flexible approach and be a team player. Previous experience in similar industry preferred (AdTech, Martech, Media), but not essential.
