Duties & Responsibilities as a Breakfast Manager
* Oversee the daily operation of the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience
* Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver excellent customer service
* Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
* Manage staffing levels, rotas, and team performance during breakfast shifts
* Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control food waste and costs
* Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations at all times
* Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain timely and accurate service
