What you'll be doing

* Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Drive sales performance and smash targets
* Create a high-energy, positive store culture
* Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
* Run a smooth, efficient operation-without ever compromising on service

What we're looking for

* Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
* Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
