Descrizione del lavoro:

AI-Fluent Software Development Engineer
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Release Management, Bucharest

The Opportunity
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) powers content, and digital experiences for large enterprise customers worldwide. The Release Management team in Bucharest owns the entire release lifecycle for AEM: build and validation, release readiness, rollout and governance, post-release signal analysis, continuous improvement.
Release management is a platform capability, supported by automation and AI-assisted systems, driven by high-fidelity operational signals across environments. This role builds and owns production-critical systems that ensure AEM evolves safely, predictably, continuously, at enterprise scale.
AI fluency is a core expectation. AI is part of normal engineering practice, applied with judgment, safeguards, and accountability in release-critical paths.

What You'll Do
Design, build, and own systems supporting the end-to-end AEM release cycle, large-scale, cloud-native.
Build release-critical services, pipelines, tooling across the AEM release lifecycle, improve readiness, stability, and risk by aggregating signals from validation, testing, incidents, rollouts, reduce manual decisions through automation and AI-assisted analysis, contribute to release platform architecture with product engineering, SRE, operations, build systems that scale across environments and regions with traceability, auditability, governance, own delivery end-to-end including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, operational readiness, incident response, challenge non-scaling practices and propose data-backed improvements.

AI Fluency
Practical, production-grade AI fluency, not experimentation.
Use AI-assisted capabilities as part of the engineering platform, integrate AI-based analysis and decision support into release systems, understand limitations and failure modes, design safeguards, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop controls, ensure traceability, observability, accountability, evaluate AI behaviour over time including correctness, regressions, unintended effects.

What You Bring
Systems-oriented engineer, reliability-first, automation-driven, ownership mindset.
Strong backend experience in Java and/or Python, hands-on CI/CD with Jenkins, Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms, experience with automation and AI-assisted operational systems, enterprise environments with strong controls and governance, sound judgment across speed, correctness, cost, risk.

Technical Stack
Java, Python, Jenkins, Kubernetes, REST, GraphQL, Grafana, Prometheus, infrastructure as code, environment automation, AI-assisted signal analysis and decision support, observability and governance for AI workflows, object-oriented and functional design, version control, full lifecycle ownership.

Why This Role Matters
In AEM, release management is a continuous lifecycle, not an event. The systems built here directly shape platform stability, enterprise trust, continuous innovation, early risk containment at global scale. End-to-end ownership is held by the team.
