The Opportunity

As an Engineering Manager for Adobe Express in Bucharest, Romania, you'll oversee a team of passionate engineers developing flawless and creative solutions. What you'll Do

* Lead and direct a group of engineers to successfully develop Adobe Express features
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products
* Determine technical requirements and ensure the highest standards of quality
* Drive the team towards achieving project goals and timelines
* Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What you need to succeed

* Candidates with a degree or equivalent practical experience will be considered
* Proven track record in Engineering Management
* Hands-on AI/ML experience - either through building ML-powered features, integrating models into production systems, or collaborating closely with ML research teams.
* Strong technical background with experience in software development
* Strong customer empathy and a passion for delivering great user experiences.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced environment
