Position Overview

The Senior Domain Coordinator is supporting the Domain Lead and Domain CIO in all aspects of steering and managing the Tribe. He/ She supports the DL/CIO in empowering Squads so that they are motivated to take on business problems and deliver client value with excellence in execution. The Domain Coordinator helps the DL/CIO in creating an environment in which people bring out the best in themselves and in which Squads are enabled to take responsibility for meeting their own objectives.DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank's technology transformation.

The Senior Domain Coordinator is supporting the Domain Lead and Domain CIO in all aspects of steering and managing the Tribe. He/ She supports the DL/CIO in empowering Squads so that they are motivated to take on business problems and deliver client value with excellence in execution. The Domain Coordinator helps the DL/CIO in creating an environment in which people bring out the best in themselves and in which Squads are enabled to take responsibility for meeting their own objectives.

Responsibilities:
TWS & Planning
* Maintain TWS and ensure it reflects how the squads are working on the ground
* Annual planning - steering and coordinating the process for key stakeholders
* Maintain business cases; keep track of realized benefits. Ensure info reaches BM team so that info is accurate in dbClarity
Agile ceremonies
* Organize and coordinate the QTR (Quarterly Transformation Review) preparation at Domain level (organize alignment meetings with TLs and POs, verify that details in Confluence QTR page are updated accordingly and are also aligned with Business and Enterprise Architecture);
* Organize and coordinate Domain Sync/Showcase ceremonies (define and align the agenda with DL/CIO);
* Support the preparation of the materials for Change Governance meetings and any other ad-hoc management request. Acts as a reference point for high-quality execution and governance across domain and shares relevant information and best practices across the squads.

Enable adherence to Domain governance processes and tools
* Identify and share processes and tools best practices across the domain;
* Monitor Tribe OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and ensure that the realized Key Results are transparent for all Tribe members and key stakeholders;
* Perform health checks on Domain Portfolio level in JIRA, flag if any remediation actions to be performed by POs/SMs and follow-up on their completion;
* Collaborate with the Business Management team in order to ensure a clear view on domains financials, resource management and adherence to headcount targets;
* Provide support to the Business Management team for gathering the needed information in order to update dbClarity (status report, milestones and benefits) according to the Change Governance calendar;
* Ensure actions cascaded from the Agile Accelerator are performed according to the communicated deadlines;
* Support the demand management process within the Domain if needed;
Collaborate and align with various stakeholders
* Develop and maintain a strong collaboration with all Domain members and with other Domains' members or stakeholder groups across all regions;
* Work with TL/ POs/ members inside the Chapter to derive lessons learned and share them within the Domain/ Chapter;
* Work proactively with TL and Agile Coach to improve governance within the Domain if needed;
* Support the Domain Lead with ad-hoc tasks and requests (e.g. track KPIs requested by teams outside the tribe)
* Integrates the feedback received from the Domain Lead, Chapter Lead and other members in the organization and performs activities that strengthen and improve personal performance and career development
* Works towards building a collaboration space inside the Tribe and the Chapter

Skills:
* Educated to degree level;
* Previous working experience in technical projects and complex working environments is a plus;
* Clear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array of business related topics;
* Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment;
* Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance;
* Self-motivated and directed;
* Flexibility for moving between different projects streams in a timely manner;
* Passionate about Agile principles and excited to role-model them across the organisation;
* Hands-on to provide the Tribe Lead with valuable information and inputs;
* Willingness to travel to different locations, if required;
