The Opportunity
The EMEA Security organization plays a critical role in protecting Adobe's customers, employees, and platforms while enabling innovation at scale. We are looking for a Security Business Operations professional to support EMEA Security leadership by bringing structure, clarity, and operational rigor to the organization.
This role is positioned where strategy, action, and communication meet. You will translate security priorities into clear plans. You will manage the organization's operating rhythm and enable the Security leadership to focus on their most important work. You bring order to uncertainty, connect partners across different subjects, and help the organization work with clarity, rigor, and speed.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning Support
* Assist EMEA Security leadership in converting security priorities and objectives into clear plans and monitored initiatives
* Coordinate the end-to-end objectives and key results process, including documentation, tracking, updates, and reporting
* Ensure coordination and transparency between EMEA Security initiatives and broader Security priorities
* Coordinate weekly EMEA Security leadership and staff meetings, ensuring clear agendas, decision capture, action tracking, and follow through
* Support the planning and coordination of customer-facing security engagements, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
Execution & Multi-functional Support
* Support the operating rhythm for EMEA Security, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, business reviews, and All Hands gatherings
* Track action items, dependencies, and work across initiatives and follow up with owners as needed
* Maintain organized documentation and tracking tools to support transparency and execution
* Coordinate initiatives and activities across all EMEA Security teams
* Serve as a coordination contact between EMEA Security, global Security teams, and CSO partners
Business Operations & Financial Support
* Function as the financial point of contact for the EMEA Security organization, working alongside Finance to handle budgets, forecasting, and quarterly financial coordination
* Build and maintain cost center tracking and budget overviews, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with strategic priorities
* Oversee travel, events, hardware procurement, and internal purchase requests for the organization
* Standardize and automate reporting for key business metrics, including headcount, hiring, organizational planning, and performance
* Find opportunities to optimize spend, reallocate resources, and improve planning efficiency
Culture, Engagement & Events
* Lead the planning and delivery of team events, leadership offsites, conferences, and regional security activations
* Own the execution of security-related industry conferences and external events, including speaker coordination, logistics, branding, and budget management
* Drive Cybersecurity Awareness initiatives and local security programs in partnership with global and regional collaborators
* Own culture-related objectives and key results, ensuring engagement, recognition, and inclusion initiatives are actively driven and embedded in team practices
Communications & Visibility
* Assist in the development and coordination of internal communications, newsletters, and leadership presentations
* Maintain templates and reusable content for executive and organizational communications
* Support coordination of content for internal channels, newsletters, and regional or local communications
* Help coordinate outreach efforts across academic, community, and industry groups
Executive & Operational Support
* Provide daily operational assistance to EMEA Security leadership, including managing expenses and scheduling support
* Support the arrangement of essential meetings like calibrations
* Plan and complete executive visits, including agenda development, collaborator coordination, and on-site support
* Help maintain organized calendars, schedules, and logistical plans
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience in business operations, program coordination, Chief of Staff-type support, or operational roles
* Strong organizational abilities and consistent follow-through, with careful attention to detail and responsibility for tasks
* Experience supporting planning processes, tracking initiatives, and preparing leadership materials
* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Comfort handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion
* An approach focused on learning, curiosity, and motivation to grow in scope and responsibility.
