Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and outcome-driven person to join our Nestle Breakfast Cereal team (Cereal Partners Worldwide) as a Junior Trade Marketing Specialist. The role holder will ensure the timely implementation of all category plans, with an omni/channel scope.
As a Junior Trade Marketing Specialist, you will:
* Ensure that Shopper insight is taken into account in all commercial decisions.
* Understand the Category Growth Drivers and ensures they are included in the commercial strategy for Omni/Channel categories.
* Continuously evaluate category evolution and improves performance indicators.
* Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for Nestle.
* Be responsible for the shopper activation in Point of Sales (product sampling/demonstration with hostesses).
* Be responsible for the in-store visibility (development and distribution of POS materials).
* Do budget management with regard to the above activities.
* Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Force regarding in-store visibility and activations.
What will make you successful:
* 2-3 years of commercial experience: previous experience in sales (field) and/or marketing
* Clear understanding of the sales process
* Understanding of shopper behavior
* Understanding of key business functions
* English language - advanced
* Strong communication skills
