HUGO BOSS, we are looking for a Stockroom Coordinator to join our team in BOSS Outlet Malaga. If you have experience managing teams and optimizing logistics processes, this is your opportunity
Responsibilities:
* Manage and control inventory using RFID technology.
* Oversee a stockroom with a capacity of 22.000 - 28.000 product units, ensuring proper organization and storage.
* Plan and manage high-volume orders efficiently and accurately.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability in the store.
* Advanced use of Excel for reporting, analysis, and inventory control.
Condiciones:
* Permanent contract, full time job.
* 40 hours per week.
* 5 days of job from Monday to Saturday, From 7:00 to 15:00 or From 8:00 to 16:00.
* Two free days off per week.
What you can expect:
In your role as a Stockroom Coordinator, you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success.
* Responsible for physical stock management and movement as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience
* Managing product flow between stockroom & sales floor
* Supporting in all operations for loss prevention
* Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
* Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed
Your profile:
* Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehousing environment
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
* Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen
* Willingness to constantly learn & develop
* Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
