Business and Data Analyst
Description -
Join HP's Pricing Analytics COE to shape how we market and price products globally. As a Business and Data Analyst, you'll act as a consultant for country teams-using user feedback and inputs to build targeted analyses, automate KPIs to measure new initiatives, and continuously fine-tune our live pricing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and interpret user inputs to identify opportunities for solution improvement
* Build and deliver deep-dive analyses for country teams, translating findings into actionable recommendations
* Automate KPI tracking to measure the impact of new initiatives and solution changes
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting
* Present insights and support the implementation of action plans
* Monitor the impact of changes and refine strategies to optimize live solutions
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in business analysis
* Proficiency in R or Python, SQL, Excel, PowerBI
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
* English proficiency
Bonus:
* Experience with DataBricks, ML solutions, pricing, and project management certifications
