About the role
The QA Specialist role is to support the LOC Quality Team to:
* Ensure that all the QA operational activities are carried out efficiently and in a compliant manner to secure local GDP/ GMPs activities
* Ensure LOC Quality processes and systems are in place for all the activities carried out across the local organization ensuring as well they are following Haleon Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
* Drive the continuous improvement of the Quality processes
* Oversight of Logistic Service Providers and local GxP service providers
Key responsibilities
* Manage local market release process to secure timely release of products, including coordination with relevant stakeholders, effective prioritization of batches, effective oversight of release delegation to LSP and effective resolution of issues and deviations that may cause supply disruption.
* Manage QA repacking activities including tracking and release; also ensure the oversight of repacking activities and provide support to repacking stakeholders.
* Management of QA activities related to GMM/CERPS
* Management of Product Quality Reviews activities
* Management of Deviations, CAPAS, and Change Controls
* Management of QA activities regarding quality complaints and monitor CRMS activities.
* Support third parties' oversight (including LSP's)
* Support Quality Council preparation.
* Support local QA Training activities.
* Support the internal audit program within the LOC as well as external audits to locally managed GxP service providers.
Qualifications and skills Essential
Education:
* Master of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent
Experience:
* 1 to 2 years of experience in QA in Pharmaceutical Industry
* Understanding of the ways of working in a GxP Regulated Industry.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to GMP/GDP
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work effectively in Spanish & English
