The Role

En Kyndryl buscamos incorporar un/a Operador/a de Sistemas con visión de negocio, que participará en la operación y supervisión de entornos tecnológicos críticos, garantizando la correcta gestión de eventos e incidencias y contribuyendo a la continuidad del servicio.

Formarás parte de un equipo orientado a la excelencia operativa, trabajando con herramientas de observabilidad y siguiendo procesos ITIL para asegurar una gestión eficiente de los servicios.

El puesto requiere una fuerte orientación al detalle, capacidad para seguir procedimientos definidos y una actitud proactiva en la detección y resolución de incidencias.

Ubicación y condiciones:
* Trabajo presencial en Ronda
* Turnos rotativos (modelo 24x7)

Key Responsibilities

* Monitorización proactiva de sistemas mediante herramientas de observabilidad.
* Gestión y atención de eventos, aplicando las acciones resolutorias correspondientes.
* Gestión de incidencias, asegurando su correcto registro, seguimiento y resolución.
* Coordinación con distintos procesos de gestión de servicios (Incidencias, Problemas y Cambios).
* Aplicación rigurosa de procedimientos operativos definidos.
* Atención telefónica a usuarios para la gestión de incidencias y solicitudes.
* Escalado de incidencias cuando sea necesario, en coordinación con otros niveles de soporte.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

* Conocimiento de sistemas de monitorización y alertado de eventos.
* Familiaridad con herramientas de observabilidad (ej. Grafana).
* Conocimientos básicos de ITIL (gestión de incidencias, problemas y cambios).
* Capacidad para seguir procedimientos de forma estructurada y organizada.
* Buenas habilidades de comunicación telefónica con usuarios.

Preferred Skills

* Experiencia previa en entornos de operación o Service Desk.
* Conocimiento de herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
* Capacidad de trabajo en entornos de alta presión.
* Orientación al cliente y al servicio.
