Job TitleMarketing Operations Manager (Revenue Operations)
Summary of the role:
Manage the marketing automation technology within the commercial process, manage operating processes, and reporting around sales funnel (QBRs, reporting around leads, opportunities and opportunity value). Responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing strategy (incl. demand generation, digital marketing, account-based marketing, channel marketing, and customer marketing). This role requires expertise in marketing automation, process design and productivity, and a great capacity to promote and implement change.
In this role you will:

1.Support sales teams in the commercial efforts
- Develop a long-term roadmap/strategy for marketing support based on the commercial go-to-market
- Serve as the trusted advisor and go-to person to the TU Commercial, Marketing and RevOps teams for solving problems across the marketing support in the field
- Manages commercial marketing pipeline with weekly status calls, documenting outcomes, pipeline reporting"

2. Drive and improve data-driven decision-making
- Design and implement a global framework for reporting, analytics, and dashboards, as well as addressing key supporting processes, such as Lead Generation and Management
- Research, create and monitor key KPIs (e.g., lead sourcing and scoring, pipeline development, opportunity conversion, ROI)
- Use data integrations and insights to benchmark performance, drive continuous improvements, and ultimately increase the lifetime value of customers

3. Initiative reporting and communication
- Own the ongoing analysis of TU marketing programs and revenue performance to drive key insights and recommendations to help inform marketing strategy
- Create and consistently communicate commercially related marketing performance report (by channel) to TU senior teams

4. Collaborate with a cross-functional team
- Provide trainings to the commercial and marketing organizations (e.g., lead management and generation; campaign management)
- Work closely with marketing leadership to help drive the strategic planning process
- Work with marketing and their cross-functional partners on integrating lead nurturing and account-based marketing efforts across the technology stack
- Work closely with internal teams (especially commercial, marketing and customer success) to design and create the most efficient and scalable processes and automations to accelerate execution throughout the entire customer lifecycle

5. Drive innovation and modernization
- Constantly develop ideas for improving MarTech capabilities (e.g., lead score, lead routing, campaign manager)
- Drive marketing automation technology within commercial process and support in the development of the existing marketing tech stack and processes through continuous improvement, optimization, and adoption, while identifying areas of opportunity and growth

About the ideal candidate:

- Bachelor degree / MBA is a plus
- High proficiency and expertise in the lead management processes related to marketing programs, activities, campaigns etc.
- Demonstrable experience managing lead flow, lead KPIs and scoring models
- Experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization - high-tech products/services/consulting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets and develop solutions
- Leading role in major transformation initiative related to commercial and marketing processes is a plus
- Understanding Mastery of CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce), Marketing Automation (e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua), and project management systems (Workfront, MS Project), as well as visualization and data analytics platforms such as Qlik.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (emphasis on strong Excel and Power Point skills)
- English( Proficient)
