* Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values of authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
* Close collaboration with a dedicated team to create an outstanding guest experience even before arrival
* Supporting the reservation team in all areas, from the initial inquiry to the final booking
* Handling reservation requests by phone and email, providing advice on room categories and offers
* Careful management and control of booking details, with close coordination with other departments

* Proven experience in luxury hospitality, strictly in a 5-star (Superior) property
* Completed training in hospitality or a comparable qualification
* Excellent command of English and at least German or French; additional languages are an advantage
* Confident use of PMS systems such as Protel and MS Office
* Confident, discreet, and empathetic communication at the highest level
* Strong service mentality, professionalism, and a personal drive for perfection
* Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work independently-even during busy periods
* Well-groomed appearance, team spirit, and loyalty to our values
