IT Infrastructure Specialist- Make an Impact in Life-Saving Technology

Your Impact

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in keeping our critical systems running smoothly. You'll support end users, maintain and evolve infrastructure, and ensure our technology supports the safe and reliable delivery of advanced medical devices. This role combines hands-on support, system administration, and project involvement in a highly regulated and impactful industry.

What You'll Do

* Act as a key point of contact for IT systems administration, including Level 1 and Level 2 support following Abbott IT standards.
* Provide end-user support to ensure smooth daily operations for our onsite teams.
* Install, configure, test, and upgrade software, hardware, and infrastructure in line with project plans.
* Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
* Troubleshoot and isolate issues across the network environment (LAN, WLAN, physical infrastructure).
* Support system security planning and compliance activities.
* Maintain and administer IT assets to ensure accurate tracking and lifecycle management.
* Deliver clear, timely reporting to IT Management on systems status, support activity, and ongoing projects.

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
* 2-4 years of experience in IT systems or technical support roles within a corporate or industrial environment.
* Solid understanding of core IT hardware, software, troubleshooting methods, and network components.
* A solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* A desire to grow your skills in a high-impact, highly regulated, mission-driven environment.
