A Day in the Life
This is an exciting opportunity to join our L'Oréal Consumer Products Division as a Sales Coordinator, reporting to the Business Development Director. You will be the organizational backbone of our Sales team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing directly to our success by providing crucial administrative and analytical support.
In this role, you will:
* Be a Key Support: Provide essential administrative support to the Sales Director and Key Account Managers, enabling them to focus on strategic goals.
* Drive Sales Analysis: Prepare and manage vital sales reports, analyses, and statements, transforming data into actionable insights for the department.
* Ensure Smooth Operations: Handle the division's administrative tasks, from organizing team activities to managing communication channels.
* Build Relationships: Act as a central point of contact, maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to grow with us. The ideal candidate is a master of organization and communication.
* A university degree
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
* Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, to manage data and create reports.
* Business Acumen: You understand business challenges and can identify opportunities for improvement.
* Drives Results: You are resourceful and show a strong sense of accountability to achieve objectives.
