Human Resources Intern

ZTE Corporation Sucursal Argentina is looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes within a leading telecommunications company.

Key Responsibilities
* Support in recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination).
* Assist in onboarding and administrative HR tasks.
* Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Collaborate with the HR team in internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Requirements
* University student in an intermediate stage of their degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
* Conversational English.
* Availability: 20 hours per week.
* Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
