No "just supporting". You'll be part of the action:

* Create content that people actually want to read (posts, videos, storytelling)

* Help design and run engaging events & workshops (not the boring kind)

* Build simple tools that teams use to improve how they work together

* Turn feedback and data into real insights

* Test ideas fast and see what sticks (yes, your ideas too)

🧠 Who you are

* You're curious about people, behaviour & how teams really work

* You like both:

* 🎨 creative stuff (content, storytelling)

* 🧩 making things structured (organising, simplifying, analysing)

* You take initiative - you don't wait to be told everything

* You are a last year Master student who communicates easily (EN + FR or NL = big plus)

* You're the kind of person who says: "this could be done better"… and actually tries it
