Job Description
Your function consists in supporting the Customer Service in diverse missions:
* You are a point of contact for customers, sales and internal departments regarding their orders and the follow-up of shipments. Here you look at the possibilities to provide a solution for your contact person
* You advise customers and are in contact with them by phone and email
* Your support with daily routines
* You monitor and analyze the performance and also help prepare it
* You prepare presentations for customer meetings
* You support us in several ongoing projects
Requisiti del candidato:
Qualifications
* You are pursuing a Graduate, Bachelor's or Master's degree. If your studies have a logistics background, that's a plus
* You have a problem-solving ability and can handle certain situations creatively
* You can work fluently with the MS Office package - good excel skills are appreciated
* You have strong communication skills in English and French; Dutch is a plus
* You are good in routine operations
* And... last but not least: You are sociable, stress resistant and you possess a healthy dose of humor
