Your role
Are you an analytical and inventive thinker? Are you interested in develop M&As, IPO and Bonds pitches for the largest companies in the Brazilian and Global market?

We're looking for an Investment Banking Intern to:

* support to the team in the executions of M&A, ECM and DCM transactions;
* support the team in conducting sector research and detailed analysis;
* support analysts in financial models build-up;
* projects and pitchbooks execution of the key deals in the segment.

Your team
You will be working Investment Bank team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We execute a wide variety of industry-changing transactions in capital markets. You will work directly with many of our senior executives, and others (COMPANY NAME) teams across the worldwide. At (COMPANY NAME) BB you will have a unique experience in a Global bank, with strong local presence and unparallelly worldwide reach.

Your expertise

* students of Business Administration, Engineering or Economics with graduation date from dec/24;
* some knowledge in accounting and corporate finance;
* solid skills in Microsoft Office - specially in Excel and Power Point;
* ideally fluent English;
* good communication skills - verbal and writing;
* strong attention to details and focus;
* previous experience in Investment Banking will be a plus.
