About the Role
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of Group Legal on a part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Undertake general legal research support
* Support drafting standard and non-standard legal agreements, including master services agreements, intra-group settlement arrangements and other bespoke agreements
* Provide support to keeping the Group Legal team up to date with legal and regulatory developments
* Support specific projects and initiatives
* Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by legal counsel to meet operational and/or other requirements; understands that the role will evolve over time.

Minimum Requirements:
* Undergraduate with relevant studies
* Good English writing skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and other technology
* Keen to learn and passionate in legal function
