We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of STUDENT WORK PLACEMENT INTERN

Principal responsibilities
* Continuously provide high quality Hong Kong MPF / Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction within the specific scope defined by the PLA.
* Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge and apply it independently to daily work.
* Process internal and external client requests and ensure they meet internal service standards and external compliance requirements
* Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions and may make follow-up recommendations beyond their authority.
* Build positive relationships with peers, participate in team meetings/events, and promote teamwork.

Requirements
* College degree or above
* Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
* Have good English reading and writing skills
* Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably, deal with various problems in time and ensure accuracy
* Flexibility in shift work

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
