Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to function members, assisting in daily office
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
Organize team/ training meetings and taking minutes
Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Manage medical science share point and support maintaining of appropriate filing systems
Attend company functions and networking events

Requirements:
College student or graduate student, Life sciences, pharmacology, clinical or other related field.
Good communication skills, good at Office Excel and PowerPoint.
